About Proscia

Pathology is at the center of medicine, and is undergoing a profound transformation as the final frontier of digitization in healthcare. We started Proscia to accelerate pathology’s transition from microscope to images, and to use that data to change the way we think about cancer. We can’t change medicine alone. That’s why we’re looking for curious thinkers. Big dreamers. developers, evangelists, pathologists, and scientists. Exceptional talent to help us use great power for good and advance humankind.

At Proscia, we push the limits of medicine and technology, solving problems the world has never solved before. We build software used by thousands of scientists and pathologists, who work on the front lines of fighting big enemies, like cancer, for patients around the globe. To accelerate our vision, Proscia has raised $35MM in funding from great investors like Scale Venture Partners, Hitachi Ventures, Flybridge, and more.

Position Overview:

Proscia is a Philadelphia based Healthcare SaaS company, seeking a Sales Operations and Application Administrator. Importantly, the Sales Operations and Application Administrator will need to effectively navigate within the organization and work effectively with others to handle workflows and not just the data-mining component of the role. As a driving force on the Operations team, this candidate will be intimately familiar with Salesforce and analytics platforms such as Tableau and/or Qlik and their related platforms. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who can work in a fast-paced environment, deliver meaningful insights, and provide high quality work product within a cohesive team.  We are building a world class organization, and we are having fun doing it - you will see your work have an immediate and tangible impact every day at our dynamic, growing company.  The candidate will need the ability to work remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, but is expected to have a full-time office presence when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator and subject matter expert for the Salesforce environment and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Tackle administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, upgrades and other routine tasks

  • Translate user requests/requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
  • Extract data and provide analytics from Salesforce and other related platforms.
  • Contribute towards deadline driven month-end, quarter-end, year-end reporting and investor communications
  • Develop and maintain necessary policies and systems surrounding business intelligence tool use and future developments
  • Own the quality of data completeness and integrity across all Salesforce program management systems
  • Prepare and publish timely reports
  • Other operations duties as required

Required Experience/Skills

  • 3+ years Salesforce administrator or related experience, in a high-tech/SaaS high-growth environment
  • 3+ years of experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI), advanced Excel capabilities. SQL or other programming experience a plus
  • Experience launching and completing third-party software integrations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with a team of diverse professionals and a rapidly changing environment
  • Highly organized and diligent with the ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects

  • Outstanding technology, analytic, and communication skills required
  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
  • Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Enthusiasm for the Proscia’s mission, and eagerness to become a part of our collaborative, friendly, and dynamic team
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
