Position Overview:

Proscia is a Philadelphia based Healthcare SaaS company, seeking a Sales Operations and Application Administrator. The ideal candidate will be a data and architecture enthusiast, who will roll up their sleeves and be a key team member as the company executes on both immediate needs as well as the longer long-term goals of the organization. Importantly, the Sales Operations and Application Administrator will need to effectively navigate within the organization and work effectively with others to handle workflows and not just the data-mining component of the role. This person will be a member of the Operations team, reporting to the Vice President of Operations, and will also work closely with the COO, to improve overall company performance and forecasting. As a driving force on the Operations team, this candidate will be intimately familiar with Salesforce and analytics platforms such as Tableau and/or Qlik and their related platforms.   • Serve as primary system administrator and subject matter expert for the Salesforce environment and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Tackle administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, upgrades and other routine tasks
  • Manage and maintain relevant third-party integrations
  • Regular interaction with Operations, Sales and Finance teams, developing a deep understanding of department-specific business processes with the goal of developing real-time dashboard reporting with meaningful key business indicators
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
  • Translate user requests/requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
  • Extract data and provide analytics from Salesforce and other related platforms.
  • Contribute towards deadline driven month-end, quarter-end, year-end reporting and investor communications
  • Develop and maintain necessary policies and systems surrounding business intelligence tool use and future developments
  • Own the quality of data completeness and integrity across all Salesforce program management systems
  • Prepare and publish timely reports
  • Other operations duties as required


Required Experience/Skills

  • 3+ years Salesforce administrator or related experience, in a high-tech/SaaS high-growth environment
  • 3+ years of experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI), advanced Excel capabilities. SQL or other programming experience a plus
  • Experience launching and completing third-party software integrations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with a team of diverse professionals and a rapidly changing environment
  • Highly organized and diligent with the ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for presenting information in a way that others can understand easily
  • Outstanding technology, analytic, and communication skills required
  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
  • Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Enthusiasm for the Proscia’s mission, and eagerness to become a part of our collaborative, friendly, and dynamic team
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
  • Experience in healthcare related fields a plus, but not a requirement
