About the role

As Inside Sales Manager, you are responsible for supporting our sales teams by consistently developing high-quality sales opportunities. This includes starting, continuing, following-up and responding to new or past leads, prospecting into new markets and companies, and preparing conversations over a variety of communication channels to multiply your results.  Your key responsibilities are:


  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generating targets. Learn & understand our products and our prospective clients well.
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, social media, and emails building a book of business. Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Develop a target list of high potential new customers. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Mapping of ideal accounts, decision makers and influencers through investigative calls and conversations.
  • Utilize proven sales methods to prospect and identify new buying opportunities, researching accounts, identifying key players, and generate interest. Update and maintain the sales database (SFDC).
  • Communicate Proscia Portfolio’s value proposition to key decision-makers within the customer/prospect organization. Perform presentations and product demos for early-stage deals.
  • Designing conversation templates according to product value themes across a variety of channels.
  • Developing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with distributors and resellers in the region to build a pipeline.
  • Identifying tender opportunities/monitoring tendering sites; Lead Proscia’s tender responses along with the sales associates. Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders on tender responses.
  • Maintaining a focused, consistent schedule to achieve optimized productivity.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to recommend process improvements.

 

What are we seeking?

To be successful in this role, you shall have:


  • Experience and track record related to inside sales in healthcare. Ability to make focused efforts to source opportunities. The ideal candidate should be strategy-driven with a research-based approach.
  • Proven sales development experience, preferably in Digital Pathology, PACS, or any other medical informatics (SaaS) industry.
  • Bid or contract manager within healthcare, healthcare IT, or similar industries
  • Proven track record of quota and goal achievement.
  • Savvy with LinkedIn sales navigator, SFDC, and other CRM tools. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written in English, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
