About this position

 

As Proscia’s Director, Partner Ecosystem Management, your responsibilities are to:


  • Shape Proscia’s partner ecosystem strategy with high visibility across the organization, including frequent interactions with the Proscia leadership team.
  • Drive innovation/ technical goals with our ecosystem partners including partner process management, partnership scoping and key account management.
  • Execute partnership activities including periodic governance meetings, business plans, integration scope/ objectives, schedules, and funnel.
  • Own key stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted contact to achieve deeper engagements.
  • Evangelize the partnerships internally within Proscia’s multi-disciplinary teams to ensure mutual success.

 

What are we seeking?

 

To be successful in this role, you shall:


  • Have, at least, 5+ years of overall experience in business development or product management in healthcare informatics with a proven track record. Please note that the role requires a good understanding of user needs, and high-level technical aspects of a pathology PACS or an enterprise informatics solution.
  • Have experience in Enterprise Informatics, and or Pathology (highly desirable).
  • Have an advanced degree in a relevant field (highly desirable).
  • Be a strategic thinker who possesses solid business judgement and the ability to identify and evaluate risk and opportunity at the technical, commercial, and regulatory levels.
  • Be able to effectively negotiate and represent Proscia’s interests to a partner and gain agreement on decisions that are favorable to both parties.
  • Have strong management, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across any level.
  • Be able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate.
  • Possess an uncompromising, strong moral compass.
