About This Position

As our Head of Product Marketing, you’ll lead the charge in growing adoption of our products. 


While we’re always looking to set up demos, this role is about much more. You’ll sit at the intersection of our product, marketing, and sales organizations, devising the strategies and tactics we need to increase awareness, generate demand, and accelerate our pipeline. You’ll also be on the frontlines of our product launches.  


You’ll be an expert on our product, and you’ll also know our buyers as if they’re your lifelong friends. From how they make their buying decisions to what keeps them up at night, you’ll be armed with insights and market evidence that you use to ensure our messaging resonates with our personas and our approach best reaches our audience. You’ll also be laser-focused on the right metrics to know what’s working - and where there’s an opportunity for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Know our buyers and their journey: Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy, and what matters most. Understand and document the buyer’s journey. Own and continuously refine our personas.
  • Messaging, positioning, and claims: Work with our product and marketing teams to evolve our product messaging and positioning to resonate with our personas. Secure product claims to support your efforts. 
  • Go To Market: Execute the GTM strategy from demand generation to conversion. Lead product launches and play a key role in our campaigns.  
  • Sales Enablement: Develop the tools needed to support our sales team throughout all stages of the buyer’s journey, including brochures, case studies, leave behinds, and more. Continue to refine our value proposition and communicate it clearly. 
  • Insights and Intel: Become our go-to expert on industry, market, and product insights to inform our campaign development, competitive positioning, and company growth. 


Seeking

  • 7-10 years of experience marketing in a clinical and/or life sciences healthcare market
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in product marketing for enterprise B2B software
  • Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills; ability to clearly express complex topics
  • Strong experience with marketing automation tools, such as Pardot
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and build a company
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Belief in Proscia’s mission and vision for taking on the fight against cancer
