About this Position

Marketing programs at Proscia are designed to build a pipeline of opportunities, raise brand awareness and better connect with our customers. As a key member of Proscia’s Marketing team, you will directly contribute to the growth of the company through the project management and execution of marketing programs that drive demand for Proscia and our products. This role demands a data-driven, strategic, and critical thinker who easily collaborates with others and is a pleasure to work with. 


Responsibilities: What’s You’ll Do

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will be part of a cross-functional team including Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, and our agency partners. You will regularly collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and internal teams including our commercial, product, customer support and operations teams to drive demand, generate leads and build our brand. This position is preferably based in Philadelphia metro, is global in scope and coverage, and encompasses the following core areas of responsibility:


  • Campaigns: Support the strategy, creation, management, tracking and analytics for omni-channel campaigns using third party media, PPC/digital advertising, email, targeted social and more.
  • Live Events: Management, logistics and execution of in-person industry events in which Proscia is participating either by attending, exhibiting, presenting, or as a speaker. This will include major global events (i.e. USCAP, Pathology Visions, ECP) as well as smaller, regional events. 
  • Webinars and Virtual Events: Management and execution of Proscia-produced demand generation events using the On24 event platform, and third-party produced webinars.
  • Digital Strategy: Website strategy, UX, and content management. Track and analyze traffic and conversions to continually optimize the site.
  • Content: Work collaboratively across the organization to strategize, plan and create compelling new content for use within campaigns and our distribution channels. Content to include infographics, blogs, downloadable content (ebooks, guides, etc), video and more. 
  • Sales Enablement: Support Sales with marketing materials that help them articulate our products and solutions, and close deals faster.
  • Project Management: Organize, track and manage all projects through our Monday.com project management platform to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met. 


What We’re Seeking 

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, ​​English, or Communications; or in a technical field coupled with relevant professional marketing experience.
  • 5-7 years marketing experience with a B2B software and/or medical technology company; or equivalent marketing agency experience working with B2B technology companies. 
  • Digital pathology experience is a huge plus, or experience with EMR, LIS or other laboratory or medical software. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing complex website design and development projects and overall website content management.
  • A strong writing background with experience in a creative environment is highly desired, with ability to communicate across a variety of mediums. 
  • Must be well-organized and analytical with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A team-oriented, self-starter who can both work alone and in a collaborative manner fluidly is expected.
  • Excellent verbal communication able to explain complex concepts simply and effectively,
  • Exposure to, and understanding (or technical proficiency) across a range of marketing platforms highly desired, including Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Canva, Monday, Google Analytics
